Property at the end of the stay tried to bill us for double the stay. Instead of being forth coming in the beginning of the stay, they waited until the end to run my credit card multiple times for different amounts. We finally came to an agreement at the end however we ended up paying more than what was booked with Expedia.

The best boutique hotel I’ve stayed at. The service was impeccable, the rooms were very clean. Stunning decor and the rooftop area was perfect for seeing the city and the hills. Would definitely recommend as it’s quiet yet not too far from the bustling Orchard Road.

The Artyzen is absolutely stunning, inside and out. Staff is always available to answer any questions. The service car is helpful but can get quiet popular so we often chose to walk to our location rather than wait the 20 mins. During one of the nights we found a cockroach in our bathroom on the 20th floor. Staff at reception was notified and she apologized.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms are incredible, the drinks and food are amazing and the roof top bar with pool is awesome.
