Room was ok, staff was friendly but not very helpful with recommendations. Their English was somewhat limited but enough to communicate the basics. The food was marginal, and my husband saw roaches roaming around the breakfast buffet twice. We stopped eating breakfast there. They charged us 200 bhat because one of the pillowcase had a stain. Location was ok. Would not stay there again given the opportunity.

Hotel room is clean and nice. Smack right in front of BTS station and the roof top bar is nice with a pool side life band setup.

The staff of very rude here. I had to wait hours for my room after check in because the room wasn’t ready and after I got to the room it was still dirty. The front desk woman was rude and condescending when I brought this to her attention and said suck it up. Also the room has a non working air conditioner and lots of mosquitoes.

Hotel is next to train station and it’s convenient to get around, room was clean and very quiet staff very friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel and will book it again when I visit Thailand
