Great budget option. Room was small and clean. Amenities like toothbrush, extra tissue/toilet paper, etc. available in the lobby. Check-in was easy and done via kiosk.

Room is clean and self check in machine works well. However, the sound insulation is very weak and the location of the hotel is a little bit far.

Clean room, staff was very quick to respond. My room electrical panel was open that controls the light and one light wasn't installed.

The lobby bathroom smelled like urine, the elevator was filthy, when we first got into our room it didn’t feel clean there was food left from the last guest on the counter, the remote was dirty with something on the buttons, and the floor didn’t seem vacuumed well. But at least the bathroom and beds were clean.

We had a problem with the self check in... We called the emergency number, they answered straight away and solve it for us. We were afraid but they were really fast and efficient. Really good English from the emergency staff as well. Very clean and the room was perfect.
