Dirty hotel and rooms. Room linen was unbearable. Staff was obnoxious. Dust bowl everywhere else. The restaurant looked like a construction site. Location is poor too, goes through congested and small streets. Do not book this place.

Property condition and maintenance is pathetic..the published pictures and reality are vertically opposite..

Paid 5 k per night for a family room. Bathroom door could not close. Leakage in bathroom. Very dirty room. Could not stay in the room.

全体的に悪い点が目立ち過ぎました。 ・布団、枕ともに湿気ていて異臭がする ・TVが映らない ・ルームサービスを頼んでいないのに、部屋のベルを鳴らしてしつこく食事の催促をしてくる ・2日目の朝は蛇口をひねっても水が出ない ・予約時のプランでは朝食付きと記載されていたが、実際には含まれていない ・事前にエクスペディアに支払い済みにもかかわらず、部屋代を払えと言われる(断りました) 安い料金で個室に泊まれたことは良いのですが、もう利用することはないでしょうし、他の旅行者にも勧めません。

My Stay at Riya Palace was not so good. The Hotel room was stinky and Towel and bedsheet were smelling.
