The property was well maintained and very clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms and beds were ok and comfortable. The location is 5-7 minutes from Ben Thanh market. The breakfast was nice and good quality. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the food staff need training in food safety &hygiene so that they do not handle food items with bare hands. The restaurant staff packed up left over pastry and bread items from breakfast using their bare hands when tongs were placed right in front of the items. If we the guests used tongs to retrieve our food then the staff who put tongs there should know to do the same and not expose their guests to unnecessary stomach ailments from food-borne illnesses. Or use clean gloves. Thankfully no one in our group experienced any stomach issues but I hope the management trains the staff to handle food safely. Other than this observation I loved everything about this hotel and would stay there again- just pack some Pepto Bismol.

The room was very clean and tidy. The location was great and the staff were all great. Good breakfast on the roof top restaurant. The laundry is very pricey compared to other hotels. Overall a pleasant stay
