Amazing hotel in a great location. The rooms were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff — friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made the whole experience even better.

I booked 2 extra nights accidentally because of the different time zones and the hotel refused to refund me and then they tried to charge me extra for a comforter and harassed me via text. This was an honest mistake on my part because I live in the US and Bali is 12 hours ahead and the hotel was not understanding at all. They literally refused to refund me

We had a great time at Chesa. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel facilities including the two pools and gym were great and the location is ideal. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, easy to spend time there relaxing, enjoying the pool and the attractive setting. Staff are excellent, attentive, welcoming and friendly. Everyone remembers your name. If I returned to Canggu I would always come back here.

Although it was only one night stay, the staff at Chesa was really top notch. I just checked out from Ritz Carlton and I thought their service was nice but people at Chesa were also not too shabby! They offered a thorough explanation of the whole place and even offered us free lounge access after we checked out. The gym was great. It was maintained in excellent condition. The pool area was pristine. The lounge was quiet and beautifully decorated. Location was also amazing as it is close to many shops and restaurants, close to the beach but also in a quiet alley way. The only downside is the size of the rooms. Too bad it’s too small for us as a couple. If you don’t mind it then this place is great for your stay in Canggu.

Stayed at Chesa for 3 nights and really wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are wonderful - warm and friendly, and make you feel like family. The hotel is beautiful, authentic and very well cleaned and maintained. The room was perfect and the bedding was top quality. Bed was super comfy too. Didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately but my husband made use of the gym facilities. We had breakfast both mornings at the restaurant - fabulous; the dishes come out as beautiful as the photos on the menu and tasted as good as they looked. We’re away for a 5 week trip and Chesa has been our favourite stay of all the different hotels we’ve been staying at. We’ll be back for sure to visit our new found family!

The room was spotless and very comfortable. the location is one of the few peaceful areas in Canggu. The Staff was amazing, helpful and extremely professional. We an abundance of the beautiful chatm of Bali locals
