guy on reception was very helpful and friendly and spoke good english. Location for the airport was excellent. the rooms are very basic with no facilities and charging extra to use aircon was unacceptable given the cost of the room. biggest issue though - not hot water in the shower - in this day and age this is not acceptable

The main reason for choosing this place was because I had a super early flight and in terms of proximity to the airport it gets a 10/10. Note that this is NOT a luxury hotel, the street can be noisy (popular street for airport pick ups well into the evening) and it could do with some thicker curtains - bright flashing lights outside. At the end of the day though we spent only a few hours there and made our flight, the host was friendly and helpful, met our requirements.

Great location if you’re looking for a close place to stay to get you to the airport. Also not far from the centre of Pisa, about 40 mins easy walk. Room was quite basic , cleaned but walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbours next door quite easily.

Easy to get early flight. But noisy. Not much you can do about it. Tell guests to try to make less noise bcause of thin walls.

The hotel is in a perfect location for the airport - literally five minutes walk from the terminal. It's also only a short walk from Pisa Town centre (20 mins max) so zero stress when arriving or departing Pisa by plane.
