Our room was just next to a 24 hour restaurant. It was very noisy throughout the whole night with washing of dishes, the very loud knocking and the staff talking very loudly. Plus the hotel is facing the main road. Traffic sound of vehicles, especially motor bikes were very loud throughout the night. Luckily we were only staying one night.

The aircon was not working well. We have already set the temperature at 20 degree celcius, but it was still warm. We had to wear slippers in the room, as the floor was not so clean. Late at night, we could hear weird sounds coming from the common corridoor, but we did not dare to check. On top of this, we could hear the loud roaring engines from the motorcycles the whole night, affecting the sleep quality.

Good location at adjacent to IOI Kulai.
The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful during our short stay!
One of the best budget hotels if you are visiting Kulai area.

I would like to applaud the management for keeping the place very clean. The room was comfortable and we didn’t have any issues. Was a short business trip and this place is recommended for its cleanliness as well as its affordability

The place is nearby to shopping areas hence making our stay with ease & comfort. Reception was a pleasant one, too. Would like to suggest that each room should be provided with a small kettle rather than using a common one at the corridor. Should also provide more clothes hanger for our convenience. Overall a good budget hotel to stay.

I check out late..near 11pm..
The room is clean and we'll maintain.
Shower and toilet is good
But no phone services in room, I need to call using my on mobile asking for ironing board..
No cupboard, just open hanging space
And 15mins pass 12 (check out time) the counter service man is knocking on the door demanding me to check out.. my baby is still sleeping.. no harm of he wait a bit longer.. since I check in late.. I know it's the policy, but mercy would be nice.other than that I love the stay

I’ve stayed here a few times before. The hotel has been upgraded with lift now. Overall it’s good for the money except we had a leaked basin outlet and the water pump not working smoothly. Make sure you choose rooms that avoid noise from downstairs pubs at late night. Room condition is new with sufficient amenities.
