All the staff were extremely polite and helpful with any questions. Rooms were clean and in good repair. Best part though was the breakfast buffet!

This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent.

The staff is lovely, but there are 2 lifts depending on your room and one of them is like a service lift, it's terrible and does not make you feel like a welcome guest. The staff force you to use the crapy lift depending on your room loaction Breakfast has a vast variaety and it's nice but quite busy and run out of the options often and are not filled up for a while It's very family friendly and staff are lovely to the kids I'd recommend it to ppl travelling with kids

Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from. Omelette and pancake stations. Dim sum. We stayed for 6 nights and had something different everyday. Staff were very attentive. Couldn't swim in the sea as there were lots of jellyfish. But the hotel beach was beautiful, definitely worth seeing the sunsets..
