Horrible service. Money was taken and we were refused a room due to not having a credit card that was accepted by the business. Staff did not help, were outside all night and could not get a refund for potentially 20 days .

Had grab and go breakfast snacks, got the room closest to the road and could hear loud cars and sirens when they would pass.

I feel this would be a good place to stay for a work trip or if you need to stay because a loved one is across the street at the hospital. Probably good for adults basically because there is no pool for kids. I didn’t even hear any kids running around now that I think of it. Very quiet stay. Although, for the price I paid I’d expect a coffee maker and smart tv in the room.. There wasn’t. The area was a plus.

Room wood floors were so dirty walking from the bed to the bathroom turned are feet completely black. Had no hot water the second day and no timeline when it would be fixed. Checked out with no shower. Bed frame was so shaky bed felt like it was gonna fall over just moving.

Front desk attendant was amazing (Natalie/Natasha I believe).
Room was clean, property maintained and location ideal for business and family affairs.
