Very nice hotel accommodations during my stay in Tokyo. The staff was awesome, the hotel was extremely clean and there were several restaurant options onsite. One of the things I enjoyed most are the views of the city from my hotel room. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip to Tokyo.

The staff were so helpful in every way including advising us of nice places to visit . The restaurants were perfect with different varieties of food including very traditional Japanese and Italian and afternoon tea. The main attraction are the gardens which were amazing especially the sea of clouds and the pagoda. This is one of the nicest 5 star hotels my husband and I have stayed in

Beautiful facilities with friendly staff and deserves to be recognized. Plenty of restaurant options. Only downside is had some difficulties making a restaurant reservation through website (also no walk ins) and pool was open only accesible through paying extra for Spa. Not necessarily technologically friendly; more of an old school approach and feel. Will definitely stay again on any future stays. This hotel is more of a retreat from the busy Tokyo so plan accordingly.

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

I’ve traveled extensively around the world during my time in the U.S. Marine Corps and later as a businessman, and I’ve stayed in more hotels than I could ever count. I can honestly say this is one of the finest properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality wasn’t just excellent—it felt sincere. To me, the true measure of a great hotel isn’t just its architecture or amenities, but the people who bring it to life every day. In that regard, this place is second to none. The beauty of the property is simply a reflection of the incredible people who care for it and the guests who stay here. Thank you for making our visit such a memorable one.
