The location could not be more central to the major sights of Bologna. The property is extremely well maintained and appointed. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I would certainly recommend the property. For the drawbacks. Driving to and from the hotel is somewhat of a challenge, but the hotel makes it as easy as possible to navigate. The portico and street just outside the original main entrance needs to be cleaned and maintained.

Room was very warm, AC barely works, downstairs lobby is only place where it is cool. Restaurant and bar staff are very unfriendly and will not let you go on the rooftop unless you have a reservation not even to look even tho there will be no one there.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. This will be the hotel that we will continue to stay at every time we go to Florence. Location was perfect. Everything you need is in reach of 10 minutes.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing view of the city. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Air conditioning, elevator and close to the train station were just a few of the benefits. Plus, everything was so walkable in the city from this location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Every interaction with the team was pleasant, and they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
