There is shuttle bus service going back and forth to airport Every 20 minutes, However there are several breaks at 10am and 8pm. This was not clearly informed. When we were at the Gateway Garden waiting for shuttle for longger than half hour and called the hotel after 8pm several times, no one was answering the phone, When we came back to hotel with Uber and asked the front desk, the lady was not sure there is a scheduled break of shuttle bus service. Other than this unpleasant experience, everything else is up to standard.

Room was very modern and clean. Very spacious and super comfortable mattress. Free Shuttle service to the Airport and nice Bar/ Restaurant with Bier Garden sitting area outside.

What else is there to say? An excellent stay at the end of an equally excellent trip. The stay at the Steigenberger Hotel, so close to the Frankfurter Airport, could only be described in these glowing terms. The only recommendation I have is to start a golf cart service to and from the parking garage; the distance between the two is a bit much for an 83 year old after a five hour long drive.

Everything was in german. Couldn't change TV to English called manager and she came up and stated there is 1 news channel in English. Every hotel we stayed at had English as a choice. They should not be recommended for Americans who do do speak english
