We were on the top floor , stunning room . Very spacious , super clean , really comfy , great aircon and a lovely terrace to sit out on . Excellent stay . Obrigado.

This hotel has character and charm, it’s spotlessly clean , the staff we absolutely wonderful especially Kayla who checked us in, our balcony was massive, the breakfast area was cozy and the selection was great, the Rex was a favourite stay for us , thanks for being such an awesome travel experience

LOVELY staff. The place is old. It’s a worn down, no frills, 2 star hotel-but the staff and overall experience were really great.
Quiet neighborhood and close to many bus stops.
Fairly clean even though things looked and felt dingy-er.
Simple hotel breakfast, nothing fancy.
Honestly this hotel is considered much lower quality than the others my partner and I stayed at during our 3 week trip in Portugal and Spain. But it was our second most favourite. Not sure how to describe it but it just had a sprinkle of magic to it.

the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. the only downfall was the noise as we could hear everything going on both within the hotel and outside. otherwise we had a lovely stay
