Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and they assisted with making dinner reservations. Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being close enough to walk everywhere but not in the middle of a busy tourist area. Would stay here again. The lounge and bartender was great and it was nice to sit and have a beverage to wind down in the evening either before or after dinner.

Whose cleaning did a good job and the staff tried to be helpful. Unfortunately I can’t see how this is a four star hotel. WiFi is poor, very small rooms, power failed in our room, no gym, no pool, no ironing board. Noise from the street outside kept us awake much of the night. Also, not the greatest area (a bit run down and a 15 minute walk to the old town). What is surprising is this is a Hilton hotel. As a Hilton Rewards member I feel this place cheapens the Hilton brand causing me to reconsider booking with Hilton in the future.

Reception desk was very helpful making dinner reservations and booking my taxi. The next day they suggested Chateax I could visit without having advanced reservation. The breakfast had a lot to offer and the nighttime bartender was helpful and friendly.
