From the moment that the Bell man opened our taxi up upon arrival to the moment, they closed the door upon departure we were taken care of fully. We were given the highest level of respect and courtesy. This hotel was a surprise for my girlfriend and just walking in she was losing her mind. The view of the city is probably the best I’ve seen in my last couple years of travel. Everything from Meals to location to Staff to room layout and view was top-tier.

The best parts of the hotel were the restaurant (Akuna) where i had a truly amazing meal; and the bar where the staff (especially Ana and Louis) looked after me so well. I talked to them for hours and they made me feel fully at home

From check-in to check-out, staff was fantastic. Room was spacious & clean. Highly recommend the seafood buffet in the hotel. Many options with beef choices. Elevators could be better given the size of the hotel but great stay. Great Location.
