Unfortunately our first rooms shower wasn’t draining but this was quickly resolved when I spoke to the hotel staff. I was very impressed with the resolution and the speed of the resolution. Will definitely return and would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We liked the neighborhood, it felt far enough from the hustle and bustle but within a beautiful more family friendly neighbourhood. We were still very close to the centre which we reached by walking as well as tram. The room was a good size, with rituals toiletries and it was clean. The air conditioning does not work terribly well which was unfortunate as we visited during a heatwave (37 celcius) so we still struggled with the room temperature although this is not likely to be a frequent problem! We would stay here again. Free sparkling and still water on tap at arrival was very welcome and I'm sure if we visited during cooler months we would have enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine available. Also there are jars of sweets in reception which seemed to be complimentary, a nice touch..staff friendly but not overbearing. Self check in available and a member of staff was there to assist us.

Our stay in Bilderberg Garden Hotel was pleasant and smooth. Easy to check in and check out, free coffee, tea and even apple in the lobby. Polite and welcoming staff also made our stay nice. Walkable distance to the Museum quarter, Opera, etc. The room is clean and pretty big, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

My stay in the Bilderberg Garden Hotel was smooth and pleasant. The area is clean and quiet, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The museum quarter is walkable distance, about 15 minutes.

The property was clean and pleasant inside. Breakfast was not included for the absurd price (I think all of Amsterdam is this way now with high costs for hotels). Another downside was check-in was at 4pm! That's later than many hotels we have stayed at. Most are 2pm. We had to go straight from a flight to sightsee and who wants to have to do that! Staff were friendly enough and they kept our luggage. The check in time was the major issue we had.

This hotel is a very clean and modern establishment with large rooms and nice amenities (coffee maker, fridge). There is a restaurant and bar onsite, but also numerous popular eateries in the area within easy walking distance. Although just slightly out of the central core of the city, there is a very efficient public transit system, again within easy walking distance, that can get you to just about any location in Amsterdam. We enjoyed our stay at the Bilderberg and would highly recommend.
