Keskimääräistä heikompi Check In was awful. Assigned room was Trashed--Hotel Desk Employee was rude when a 2nd room was requested--also 2nd room was almost as bad--used towel left hanging on shower rod--Hair in Shower--Towel and wash cloth had what appeared to be Blood Stain--Floor was dirty. ALSO--there was NO SECURITY CHAIN ON DOOR AND THERE WAS NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN ROOM. When I made a complaint about Lack of Security Desk Employee was Extremely Rude. She did INSTALL A SMOKE DETECTOR THAT DID NOT WORK. I would never stay at any CLARION POINTE PROPERTY AGAIN. I did not expect Perfection for the Price BUT I DID Expect Basic Needs and SECURITY. CLARION POINTE--DO BETTER!!!!!

Keskimääräistä heikompi The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Everything is neglected, old, and dirty. I had to be moved to another room because the air conditioning and the refrigerator were not working. Unfortunately, the second room was not any better. The sink was falling apart, and the shower had a small curtain that did not prevent water from leaking out onto the floor and reaching the hallway.
The door’s additional security lock, which prevents someone from opening the door from the outside (for example, cleaning staff), was broken. The room smelled strongly of dampness and had a lot of dust, which caused a severe allergic reaction.
Finally, there were construction workers hammering at 7:00 a.m. every day during my stay.

Keskimääräistä heikompi Bathroom had long hairs on the shower walls and floor. Two light switches were broken possibly creating a safety hazard. Yhere was a broken floor gile with sharp edges and ..... drum roll please......yhe shower curtsin was moldy and didnt resch the lower pan so watrr was all over the floor.
The door lock was very difficult to open the door and after contacting the front desk no steps were taken to correct any issues, leading me to check out a dsy early.

Keskimääräistä heikompi The front staff was terrible. They didn't want to stand up and help they kept looking at their phones. A lady told us she would call when my room was ready she never did. I called a long time later she said immediately it wasn't ready we walked straight in and another lady said it was. The person I talked to was on her phone. We won't stay here again

Fantastinen The whole facility is great amazing breakfast and very helpful team. Special points to the manager. She is very helpful helping every time and there for us she definitely deserves a rise

The location was great. The room was not well maintained. The lights did not work so we had to leave the bathroom door open for lighting. There were no bath towels. The only size in the room were hand towels. Only 1 of the 4 ice machines worked. Breakfast was good and well stocked.
