First room was dirty smelt off cigarettes and was extremely poor quality Moves to another room was bigger but roof was leaking in bathroom smelt mouldy This place hasn't been cleaned properly for a.lomg.time My feet were even black from the floors Stained grouting in bathroom was disgusting And also room above was loud with repair works and jack hammering had to continually ask to stop I would not recommend stay here this place is desperately needing Renovation building is very low quality With the problems I had was no effort to fix

The secret short cut door to ICONSAM was top tier!

Room condition a little tired, and restaurant menu didn’t seem very authentic a bit bland, Staff mostly very kind and considerate, I have stayed there twice and would happily stay again.

Room was clean , breakfast was good. Patio area was clean. Construction noise was the only drawback.

The staff and accommodations were superb. Great area. Very safe and convenient. Loved our stay.

An excellent hotel. Loved the outdoor pool and seating area. Nice sized room with a balcony. the promenade is right on the river. Easy access to ICONSIAM and boats ( “bus” boat linking you to the main sights or the Hop on Hop Off). The breakfast was excellent with wonderful Thai dishes as well as European and American dishes. I'd definitely stay here the next time I’m in Bangkok.
