Hidden fees but the previous guest threw up on the carpet of my room and it was not properly cleaned. I had to request them to clean a few times until the awful smell was cleared. Staff was super unhelpful. For a place that charges $40 on top of already paid stay, I would expect them to have clean spaces.
Plus why only person at the front desk, I waited 25 min to get helped.

Great hotel, sketchy area but I still felt safe as long as your on alert . Some staff were very nice and there were a couple who treated you like you were being a bother
And the television didn’t work as well very hard to catch the bees when it keep stopping
And my room view was a wall
Not a view at all !

What an amazing place. Seems new/newly renovated. Great decor, comfy rooms w/ great amenities, very prompt and helpful staff, Convenient location. Coffee shop is also great, and I’m a stickler for my cappuccino. The bar in the 13th floor was so nice. Beautiful and comfy furniture, fireplace, great drinks. It is on the edge of the Tenderloin, so as long as you stay on the Market Street side you are ok.

Love the this hotel. Stayed here twice now. The rooms are fantastic as is the rooftop bar and restaurant. Location is just on the fringe of being a bit sketchy but security is great and I’ve never felt unsafe.

Loved the hotel, great location for what we needed (needed to be central) as this was a combo of a work and holiday trip.
The room was amazing, so big and spacious. Cute little cafe for refreshments and breakfast and lovely roof terrace

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The linens and pillows were divine, the room and lobby stylish, and the staff were always so friendly and kind. The whole hotel smelled so good and was spotless. The coffee from the little coffee shop on the first floor was pretty good! Appreciated the shuttle to the convention center (was here for a work conference). Would highly recommend and would stay again!
