The room is spacious and always kept clean after room service. All beverages are free! Great breakfast varieties.There is buggy service to Siam Paragon and from Siam Paragon to hotel. Staffs are all very friendly. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a very nice property. The staff were amazing. The room was very large and well appointed. There was a wide selection of great dishes at breakfast. The pool is very large and was not crowded. The hotel is a short walk to the Siam Paragon mall where there are numerous eating options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to my airline combined flight so I arrived one day after my initial date for check in. I emailed hotel advance and notify them about the incident they replied me immediately. Once I arrived at hotel, I have to say it's the most wonderful feeling and my stress and tiredness after long flight was gone immediately. When I checked in to hotel a very nice lady NuMay helped me. Not only she has the most comfortable voices, patiently explaining everything to me. Details and pleasant. She also escorted me to my room and showed me how to use certain equipments I my room. I have to say I haven't been on any hotel that provides such great hospitality and caring for travelers. When I checked out Mr. Fine also provide high Standard assistance. I will travel again with friends in October and we all decide on to book this hotel together and enjoy Thailand once more. Thank you.
