Clean room, the staff, shops nearby and quiet. The staff is great because they will work with you if you're in a jam.

I didn't like anything about the location .

Too basic. Breakfast was everything but real Breakfast.

This place got me with no words starting from the receptionist which had no customer service experience. I complained because the room he gave me was not very hat I reserve and his answer was what you see in the pictures is not what you reserve and ask $250 for the one I reserved. Took the room key card from my hands and put it behind the window counter and ask me to get refund from Expedia which Expedia is ok by letting this place robbed as I never used that room but was charge full amount no refund even though their employee took the key card from me and left me no option as to go away with my belongings. Never been treated poorly by Expedia agents and also by this place. Stay away seems they do this often to customers and Expedia is ok with everything.

Don’t be fooled by what they are showing in the pictures! It was really outdated, looked run down, TV didn’t work, fridge looked used, No elevator, etc. by far the worse stay we’ve had. Better off paying for something better in New York. Will not boom here again nor do I recommend anyone staying here.

This property is good for nothing

Nice stay overall. The beds can use some upgrading.
