Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests are required to download the property's GPHL Check-in & Digital Key mobile app before check-in. Guests must contact the property 1 day prior to check-in to confirm whether quarantine or non-quarantine accommodations are required.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges

In accordance with Hotel Licensing and Government regulations, guests are required to present a physical Singapore NRIC or a physical passport upon check-in.
