房間乾淨，早餐很棒，很多樣式，還有現煮區，新竹特產摃丸、水潤餅等，假日可以吃到12點，可以睡到自然醒，也可以早上八點先去使用游泳池、三溫暖後退房，把早餐當早午餐。14樓小朋友遊樂設施很多，玩水OK，大人SPA也不錯，蠻推薦親子住宿。

The room was OK in size and had good Wi Fi connection but there are zero toiletries not even a small toothbrush or a hair comb. The soap and shampoo they have is awful it smells really bad. I arrive in the evening after a long flight and had to go out to a local 7/11 to buy body wash and shampoo, tooth brush and a comb. I have been to many cheaper hotels with much better supply of essentials, like drinking water and all the needed toiletries.

The room is not ready when we arrived at 3pm. Staff said we need a Taiwan Mobile number for her to call us when the room is ready. Come on! This is 21st century! They can contact clients using Whatsapp or Line! The room is quite old but clean. The towels quite old as well. I can see that they are renovating the rooms. Hope will be done soon!

Starting January 2024, bottled water will not be provided in guest rooms. An additional charge of NT$20 per bottle will apply for any additional bottle. Room temperature drinking water is available on each floor; please use the reusable kettle provided in your room.

Starting March 2024, in response to the hotel's environmental policy, Hsinchu Howard Plaza Hotel will no longer provide amenities or bottled water. Travel kits are available for purchase at NT$100 per set; please inquire at the front desk if interested.

Parking is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces will not be reserved (spaces will be allocated by the hotel parking lot staff). If the parking lot is full, please park in a nearby public parking lot. (Parking is subject to height restrictions at the hotel entrance; vehicles exceeding the 1.9-meter height limit at the hotel entrance will be charged separately). Please inquire with hotel staff before check-in if you have any questions.
