We had a great time with our driver Sam who was attentive and shared lots of information about Lombok. The snorkeling spot at Gili Nanggu was amazing - lots of fish and the water was clear. Our snorkeling guide Jul was patient and helped adjust our gear, dive deeper towards the coral to see the hiding clownfish, and rest when we needed it. There aren’t any turtles in this area but it was a lovely alternative to the more crowded snorkelling spots on the three more famous Gilis. We stopped at a small local beach on Lombok with a view of Gili Sudak for a delicious lunch at a grilled seafood stand (note that we didn’t actually stop on Gili Sudak), and then our final stop Gili Kedis was the cutest little emoji island. We had a relaxing afternoon lounging on the sun chairs sipping coconuts. Also shoutout to our boat captain Argus who was warm and smiley and got us safely to and from our destinations. Thanks to our wonderful team!

Pak Tamrin was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and is more than happy to share activities with us. Initially we picked this waterfall but he called us to informed that the place we recided is about 3-4 hours from the waterfall we picked. He told us that he would be more than happy to drive us up there but in the end we changed our mind and picked the Benang Kelambu and Stokel waterfall which is just 1-2 hours away. He was more than happy either way. He also do have other products and that you might also want to book with him. The first time I met him, the way he speak and share his experiences, I knew he’s doing it because he loves doing what he does. He is truly more than happy to accommodate to our request. Honestly, when I’m back here in Lombok, I will contact him and engage him again. From the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate his service.

謝謝我們的Guide Moon和他的團隊一路上carry我哋，幫助我哋輕身上陣，為我哋準備美食補充體力，係我哋用餐時為我哋守候免受猴子干擾，係我哋跌倒果陣伸手扶起我哋。Moon和他的團隊令到呢個艱難的兩日一夜登頂之旅變得冇咁艱難，冇咗佢哋一定唔得！臨走時老闆還送了我們兩件他們公司的T-shirt作為souvenir，上面有Rijana route map，太酷了！. 差點唔記得講，出發行山前一日入住團隊安排的住宿後還免費提供了行附近兩大出名瀑布的小行程，非常謝謝小領隊yusril的帶領，都好細心和幫忙影到不少靚相！

Kuljettajamme Alex oli mahtava! Kävimme kutojakylässä, mikä oli mukava lisä, mutta ostokset sieltä olivat hieman kalliita! Matka satamaan sujui ongelmitta, mutta älä odota sieltä paljoa, se oli erittäin likainen ja pieni. Tapasimme oppaamme veneretkelle, mutta valitettavasti he eivät puhuneet paljon englantia. Meidät vietiin kahdelle snorklauspaikalle, jotka olivat upeita, ja oppaamme ui kanssamme varmistaen, että olimme turvassa. Sitten meidät vietiin Pink Beach 1:lle, joka oli erittäin vilkas ja viehättävä. Ruoka oli hyvää pienestä paikallisesta kaupasta, mutta sekin oli melko likainen. Vedessä oli paljon roskia, ja opas ehdotti vievänsä meidät Pink Beach 2:lle, koska se oli puhtaampi, ja arvostimme todella reitin muutosta, jotta näimme puhtaamman ja kauniimman rannan. Sitten pysähdyimme hiekkasärkälle, joka oli mukava, ja siellä oli paljon meren elämää katseltavana. Palasimme sitten satamaan, josta kuljettajamme Alex vei meidät takaisin majoitukseemme. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli mukava kokemus ja matka!

We request for the cancellation ,money refund and compensation for ruining our vacation. 該訂單原定當日8:00接送，開始行程，但導遊始終都沒出現，也沒有任何通知。我們在飯店大廳等候約1.5小時，浪費時間與破壞度假行程。 身為專業旅遊平台，竟有如此不負責任的當地合作旅行社，太誇張！
