Se oli todella hienoa! Ensimmäistä kertaa NYC:ssä vieraileville tämä on paras vaihtoehto. Miehistö oli erittäin ystävällinen matkustajallemme.

Dear Team Please be advised that the timed ticket was given at 7 p.m. local time.We arrived at approximately 6 p.m.We were advised by the cruise team that there is no cruise at 7 p.m.The last time was on January 2 at 5 p.m.So we were unable to join the cruise.Why is there no notification from your end? Why were we scheduled at 7 p.m., when there is no cruise at that time?We traveled all the way from Malaysia to enjoy the trip, but what a waste!!!We can't just go there to enjoy the cruise.We require a full refund and an explanation for the negligent job!!!

優點：真的很美。缺點：預定20:30的班次，但20:30的船在我們眼前開走要我們等下一班，然後站在那邊等了一小時，終於上船；我們預約的是一小時的遊船，不過開到紐澤西剛好一小時，等他們加油至少快30分鐘，23:30了現在還沒回到本來上船的地方，船目前停在海中央不動？真的完全無法明白，明明21:30我應該要下船，但現在快要凌晨十二點我還在船上飄，只有滿滿的髒話，但也有很多美照啦！

Waste of time and money. They did not honor the travel time indicated in Klook, which was 18:00. They already had their last trip at 16:30 without notice to those book at 18:00.

AZH433848 해당 상품 예약을 하고 행사 참여를 하려고 찾아갔으나 당시 기상 악화로 배 출항이 불허되어 해당 상품을 이용하지 못했습니다.클룩사이트에 있는 현지 업체 연락처에 전화를 했고 해당 상품 취소 요청을 해 현지 업체에서 수락, 취소 진행한다 했습니다. 그 후로 2주가 되어가는데 아직 취소관련 메일을 받지 못했습니다. 진행사항에 대한 고객센터에 질의해도 동일 톡만 반복되고.. 정확한 진행 사항을 알려주세요. 답답하네요.

the operator was non-existent and gave wrong advice. she would also hang up on your calls and do not reply to msgs. this is a poor operator. while the itinerary seems good, please ensure all conversations are in black and white to safeguard yourself. and do not rely on the operator.

It was 1 hr tour, not 90 minutes. You can easily find another options instead of this.

this is scam, don’t buy it.
