A fantastic cooking lesson in the open air space infront of the restaurant! Chef Teddy is a real teacher and entertainer! He taught, he sang and joked a lot, he kept us laughing throughout the lesson. He made sure to arrange a lower table so my daughter (8 yo) is also able to participate in the cooking lesson. He taught us cutting techniques, cooking techniques like flipping the chicken and firing the wok etc! We all really enjoyed the session very much! The session ended with our delicious own cooked dinner along the beach with wonderful sea view. The only complain is the wok looked a bit scrappy and dented. Oh yes, the complimentary dessert (glutinous rice ball in gula melaka) is delicious. Drinking water is foc, but liquor and otherwise are self-paid. The crew at the restaurant helped take pictures and videos and whatsapp to me promptly after the lesson and a week after our lesson, the staff whatsapp a copy of the cookbook to me! Wonderful cooking session during our Bali trip!

We learned a lot about Indonesian cuisine from this class. We discovered how the peanut sauce was made from scratch. In a half day, we learned 10 dishes and ate a lot. The location of the restaurant near the beach is a plus factor. We also received certificates for participating. This is one of the experiences we will never forget in Bali.

We had a fantastic afternooon cooking several traditional Balinese dishes. Teddy and his team really took care of us and we laughed together throughout. At the end of the session, we ate dinner which included the dishes we created. Highly recommend this experience to everyone including beginners.

Do a cooking class here! It was a fun and entertaining experience. My partner and I did the cooking class here. We were in a total group of four and we had a really fun and engaging teacher. We learnt how to make spices pastes from the whole ingredient, and learnt how to cook 11 dishes in total (we then got to eat everything we cooked). Also came with a recipe book so we can cook what we learned later. Highly recommend! experience: experience:

A great experience for anyone that loves Indonesian food. We learnt so much about all the amazing ingredients and techniques to make 10 delicious dishes. Our Chef and his staff were delightful and Chef is very funny. We tasted along the way and then feasted afterwards. It was a great way to spend an afternoon in Nusa Dua. Thank you Teddy 🧸

Fun instructor, good lesson at the beach, be prepared to sweat like crazy working on the rempah. We managed to create wok hei which I'll never be able to achieve in home cooking.

Wow! what a great experience. Cheif Teddy and his staff were the stars of the show. As a family we had so much fun. And the food Teddy taught us to cook was delicious. Well worth it. you won’t be disappointed.
