this rating is purely for the operator rather than Klook as there was an issue with our booking. The Monkey Kart staff were amazing at sorting us out and giving us the best tour possible considering the problems we had.

if you have a IDP, just do this, this is a fun experience to drive on Tokyo street. Ken was leading us and Jerome at the end looking out for our safety. we had a great day! They provided locker and has toilet. if you are coming from the metro/subway alight at Shibuya, looked for Hachiko exit and make a u turn and walk for 10mins follow Google map it will bring u there. they will helped us to take photos and sent to one of us!

although we thoroughly enjoyed this experience, there were some hiccups. we originally booked the monkey kart experience in Shibuya for a Tuesday evening and were all ready to go (completed watching their safety video, put on their costumes, was assigned and sat in a go kart) but unfortunately one of our go karts would not start. they told us we’d have to be rescheduled which was a huge bummer for our plans since we had a tight schedule. luckily we were able to move things around and reschedule and ultimately experience the go kart tour at the Shinagawa location. overall, a fun experience except for the inconvenience of having to reschedule.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The facility was clean and well-organized, the karts performed flawlessly, and Serhii provided clear instructions that made the whole event run smoothly. Highly recommended!!!!

fabulous experience, I recommend it to everyone. very safe, great staff especially Rocky was great. book early so you don’t miss out. driving thru shibuya crissing was a highlight and made us feel famous with everyone taking our photo. excellent adventure

很詳細的解說，又很有耐心，重點是可以在街頭上體驗開卡丁車，非常特別，不用怕開錯路，教練都會等待。

This was an amazing experience. I truly recommend this to everyone a unique way to see Tokyo and be part of the city. 5 stars plus. for Monkey carts

super fun experience - but probably for confident drivers! such a thrill to drive in Tokyo streets. just be careful if it is cold to wear very warm clothes!
