전반적으로 너무 재밌고 친절한 투어였습니다. 투어가이드 Lily는 친절하고, 역사에 대해 많이 알고있어서 옛 수도에 가서 이것저것 설명을 많이 해줬습니다. 그래서 베트남 역사에 대해 잘 알게된 시간이었습니다. 땀콕은 보트 타고 땡볕에 1시간 넘게 있어야 해서 좀 더웠지만 너무 재밌었습니다. cozy vietnam 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 투어가이드 Lily는 픽업하러 도착해서 자신의 얼굴과 위치를 찍어서 보내줄만큼 친절하고, 함께 한 투어 멤버들 (22인버스) 도 다 착하고 협조를 잘 하는 분들을 만나서 모든 일정마다 delay 없이 잘 마칠 수 있었습니다. 운전수 아저씨도 안전하게 운전을 잘해 주셔서 걱정하지 않고 잘 다녀왔습니다. 완전 강추합니다 👍 👍

This booking was absolutely perfect! The D-Car Van provided comfortable, spacious seating, and we felt very safe with our highly capable driver. Our tour guide, Bang, was exceptionally knowledgeable. He shared fascinating stories and historical context for every place we visited, keeping the whole group laughing and engaged throughout the day. We opted for the lunch add-on, which was delicious and accommodated our dietary needs perfectly, and the cycling arrangement they provided was incredibly well organized. All in all, it was a fantastic 5-star trip!

great variety in the tour. Pick up was easy at Hanoi opera house. drive was about 2.5hrs with one stop for food/souvenirs/bathroom. At arrival, Started with a bike ride which has minor slopes up and it was quite hot. Did a loop with couple of stops at a temple , then back for buffet lunch where we got the bikes. It was good amount of food ( drinks were extra charge). Then about 20 min drive to the row boat ride. Fits max 4 persons per boat . it was about 1.5hr going thru 4 caves. the rower helped us take pics and even had umbrellas which was needed with the heat and wearing life jackets . Another short ride to the mountain climb was rough 500 steps but the views were great. It was a long day but well worth it tour to see and do variety of things that were well balanced in timing… not too long and not rushed.

What a lovely trip! Alex led the group really well and took great care of us. Tam Coc was the best part of the experience for me. And the view of the river from the steep but worthy Bich Dong trek was beautiful.

Unforgettable experience! We did a short cycling while visiting the beautiful ancient Hoa Lu temple. At beginning of our Trang An boating, it looked like going to rain but it didn't. Our peaceful boat ride was probably over 1.5 hour. It got hotter when the weather improved and we used the big umbrella prepared on the boat. Good that we brought a bottle of water along to beat the heat. Surrounded by limestone rocks and went through a few low celing caves felt like travel back to ancient time. It was slow and at time felt sleepy because of the heat😅. We tipped the boat lady for her hard work. The last stop Mua Cave we were rewarded with the stunning view after climbing up steep steps. The heat made the climbing even more difficult but we were absolutely glad that we made it. Our guide Minh(Mr. Meow) was friendly, attentive, and informative. We were picked up at 7:20 a.m. in old quarter, we returned at about 7:40 p.m. Maybe it's just us, we didn't have much likes about the lunch.

Had such a fun day trip to Ninh Binh! The tour was well-organized and the places we visited were absolutely stunning — definitely worth the trip out from Hanoi. It was hot and tiring at some points, but honestly that’s part of the adventure. Just come prepared: wear comfortable shoes for the steps/climbs, and don’t forget your sunscreen and a hat! Our guide (Mih/Meow) was fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and really took care of the group. He made sure to stay out in the sun himself so we could be comfortable, and genuinely cared about our experience throughout the day. That kind of service makes such a huge difference. Would book again and definitely recommend to anyone planning a Hanoi trip. Just go in prepared for the heat, and you’ll have an amazing time! Tip for future travelers: If your budget allows, please tip the boat ladies who row you through Ninh Binh — it’s hard, physical work under the sun for hours, and a little extra goes a long way for them.

Äitini ja minä vietimme yhden parhaista ajoista ikinä Cozy Vietnamin kanssa! Bussimatkan jälkeen aloitimme pyöräilyllä, ja se oli todella hauskaa! Saavuimme heidän varhaisten keisareidensa palatseihin/temppeleihin! Sen jälkeen söimme lounasta, joka ei ollut kaikkein hämmästyttävin 😅, mutta vatsamme olivat täynnä sen jälkeen, ja oli mielenkiintoista kokeilla vuohenlihaa. Sitten lähdimme veneretkelle, joka oli ehdottomasti sen kuumuuden arvoinen, jonka jouduimme kestämään! Lopuksi 500 askelman vaellus, jotta saimme lintuperspektiivin lootus- ja riisipelloista! Mikä upea tapa viettää päivä luonnossa. Se oli todellakin raikas tuulahdus! Mikä ihana tapa paeta Hanoin vilkasta kaupunkia ja kokea upea maaseutu. Kiitos Lilylle, oppaallemme, joka on hyvin perillä Ninh Binhin historiasta, hän opetti meille kaiken tästä ihanasta paikasta. Kiitos upeasta ajasta!

Overall, the itinerary was well planned and covered all the major attractions without feeling too rushed. Our tour guide, Bang, was excellent—he kept the group engaged throughout the day with interesting stories about the places we visited, along with plenty of jokes that made the journey enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The bus was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made the long drives pleasant. The restaurant experience can be improved as we had pre-booked Indian vegetarian meals, we were initially served non-vegetarian food. Thankfully, Bang quickly stepped in and ensured we received the correct vegetarian meal. However, by then the food was a bit cold and the taste was quite average. Better coordination with the restaurant and an improvement in the food quality and service would make the overall experience even better. Overall, we had a great day and would recommend this tour, especially thanks to bang.

I believe the best trips are meant to be experienced with the right people. That’s why I decided to visit Ninh Binh with my friends, and it turned out to be even more fun and beautiful than I had imagined. Ninh Binh isn’t just a beautiful destination, it’s a dream waiting to be experienced. And when I say the “right people,” that also definitely includes our tour guide, HDV Tuấn Anh or A as we call him, who played a very huge part in making this trip so fun and memorable. He has a unique and entertaining way of sharing trivia about each place, making every story more interesting and easy to remember. He was kind, helpful, and assisted us throughout the entire tour. Most importantly, he respected everyone’s time and wasn’t afraid to respectfully remind the group whenever needed. He truly led the tour with professionalism and care, and because of that, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Thank you, A, for making our Ninh Binh experience one we’ll never forget!

We had the pleasure of having Mr. Hai as our guide during our trip to Ninh Binh, and he was absolutely excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly throughout the day. Hai shared interesting insights about the history, culture, and local life in the region, which made the experience much more meaningful. He was well-organized, attentive to everyone’s needs, and always happy to answer questions. His enthusiasm and passion for his work were evident, and he made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every part of the trip.
