Yritys, jolta varasimme matkan, järjesti kaiken erinomaisesti. Lähtöaikataulu sinne ja takaisin noudatettiin tarkasti. Auto oli erittäin mukava pitkälle matkalle. Kuljettaja teki myös työnsä erittäin hyvin. Suosittelen kaikille, jotka haluavat vierailla Khao Kheossa yksilöllisesti...

First was great, he picked me up and dropped me back on time. he is fabulous and very polite and helpful. the car and driving is top notch. he helped booked the golf cart too. I had a lot of fun. 10/10 would recommend.

Travel time from our hotel going to Khao Kheaw Open Zoo took one hour 30 minutes. We saw the famous hippopotamus Moo Deng but she was still sleeping when we arrived😅 Me and my family enjoyed exploring the zoo.

司機其實不太會英文，但是整體的體驗是好的！只要大家在指定的時間與司機會合（我們是飯店大廳），就會準時出發！到綠山動物園內會有一個80泰銖停車費需要付，司機載到園區後會先帶去繞粉紅區，也會下車讓我們看動物，靈長類和獅虎類等等（這樣也避免之後還要走上去），繞完粉紅區後就會回到園區的美食廣場附近下車（7-11那），那時可以跟司機約好可能離開的時間，也把司機電話記下來，最好互打一下，我們是有用泰文翻譯給司機看說結束後在一樣的地方上車，會打電話給他（這邊要特別留意確認google 翻譯是否正確，要中文泰文反覆互換確認，不行就用ai翻譯也可以）；我們是有提早離開，司機也確實依照約定的地點出現！所以只要準備好就不用太擔心！而且司機人很好，也很貼心！

人気のカバの赤ちゃんに会いたくて参加しました。申し込んでからツアー会社さんから何度かコンタクトもあり（電話は英語なのでメールやワッツアップでやり取りしました）とても丁寧で親切に提案してもらえたので安心しました。カオキアオ動物に行くまでが渋滞するなどの前情報があったので相談をして早めに迎えにきてもらうようにしました。また1時間ごとの延長料も一台300バーツでお願いできたので渋滞など考慮して希望時間を伝えておきました。（時間の前倒しも可能）当日ドライバーさんが早目に迎えにきてくださって大きな荷物も乗せてくれました。乗り心地の良い車だったのでバンコクから２時間の移動も快適です。またドライバーさんは色々気にかけてくれたりこちらの要望も聞いてくれ親切な方でした。私があまり英語が話せないので翻訳機、またLINEで連絡を取らせてもらいました。先に人気の🦛に並ばないといけないと思いグリーンゾーンに行き８時から入場しました。平日だったので待ち時間は15〜20分で見れました。その他のショーも観たかったので色々周りました。カートレンタルは飛ばしたり無法地帯な感じがしたのと待ち時間で並んでいたので、乗り放題周遊バスがオススメです。（35ﾊﾞｰﾂ）カバゾーンまで歩いてそんなにかからないです。帰りの時間も考えて13時頃にドライバーさんにピンクゾーンへ入ってもらうようにお願いしました。追加入場料80ﾊﾞｰﾂかかるみたいなのですが、グリーンゾーンの入場証明書（チケット半券？またはトラムの腕輪）を見せたら追加料かからず車ごと入場ができました。（なんか緩かった）ピンクゾーンは歩いて回るには時間のかかるほぼ山道、、、の中に虎とライオンのゾーンがありました。全部回らなきゃと言う気持ちで入ってドライブしてもらったのですが、ここは行っても行かなくても大丈夫そうでした（笑）夕方は混むのでもし帰着時間がオーバーしたら追加料が発生したのかもしれません。ここは確認した方がいいかも。間に合う様にドライバーさんが調整してくれたので助かりました。安全運転で快適に行けたので動物園代込みでかなりお得でした。（駐車料別途120ﾊﾞｰﾂ掛かります）

カバの赤ちゃんを見たかったので参加しました。色々な動物の餌やりができて貴重な体験となりました◎参加にあたっては前日18時ごろに集合時間のお知らせメールが届き、当日は8時ホテルにピックアップしてくださり出発！バウチャーを印刷して持参した方がスムーズです。動物園に近づくにつれて電波が悪く、入園の手続きをするときにスマホのバウチャー画面が開けなくて少し焦りました。また園内も所々電波が全く繋がりません。ガイドさんと帰りの待ち合わせ場所はしっかり確認しておくと良いと思います。とても親切にしてくださり素晴らしいツアーをありがとうございました！

The zoo is such a fun and exciting place to visit. It's filled with a wide variety of animals from all around the world. From majestic lions and tigers to playful monkeys and adorable pandas, there's something for everyone to enjoy. One of the best parts about the zoo is that they often have shows and interactive experiences where you can learn more about the animals and even get up close and personal with some of them. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can try out the thrilling zip line that gives you a unique perspective of the zoo from above. Plus, with all the coffee shops and restaurants scattered throughout the zoo, you'll never go hungry or thirsty. We went to Khao Kheaw Open Zoo with our 3-year-old daughter & 8-month-old baby. The driver Mr. Teerawat is very punctual and standby near our home 10mins earlier. He is very nice, friendly and helpful. The van is clean and tidy. His driving is safe. For the zoo, we like this Open Zoo more than Safari World somehow. Mostly becuz you can rent a golf cart/Electric Tricycle and drive thru the Green Zone of the zoo by yourselves. We rented an Electric Tricycle, which allows us to take our time and check out each spot at our own pace. Plus, with the vehicle, baby stroller is not needed for our kids. It’s more convenient! Tips: Rent the golf cart/ Electric Tricycle once you arrive the Zoo in the morning, especially during public holiday. Or else, you have to line up long to wait for it. The zoo is more well-maintained than I thought. Animals are at good conditions. Several coffee shops are available for you to take a break. Be careful of the wild monkies, don’t leave any food/ plastic bags on your golf cart. They will steal and eat your food when you are away. Some monkies are even acting fiercely and steal the food in front of coffee shop customers at the terrace seats. Bring tissue with you. Like other local Thai public toilets, they don’t provide toilet papers at the toilets. To conclude, we had a very good time here even though the weather is very hot.

It was a pleasant one day trip journey to explore the zoo. Driver was punctual to fetch us from our hotel and no communication issue. Thou in the first place, there was a delay of email confirmation from Klook's partner but it was settled quite fast. Purpose of this trip is to have a glance of the famous Moo Deng. In general the zoo was huge. Try to go on a weekend instead where animal feeding will be open to public. Driver waited for us while we explored the green zone at our own pace. Just need to pay the parking lot to park the car. Recommend this activity.

It was a good day. The driver was very nice and helpful. He's gonna help you get the tickets. Only thing, we've been asked for 80 baht more for the parking spot. So just bring some cash extra! For the rest, amazing day!
