Easy to use and cheap. They handled our luggage with care. We were able to buy more souvenirs and roam around the airport without carrying our luggage. Their location is at the 4th floor, international departure.

My trip was planned like 3N pattaya, 3N phuket and 4N bangkok. Wanted to book LCC from BKK to phuket but worried where to store luggage. Suddenly on Klook this option caught my eye. Smilelug puts your luggage irrespective of weight for 100 baht 24 hrs from the time you deposit at their counter. Klook made it available more cheaper for me. Smilelug is at basement where airlink train goes. No hassles in locating it. Super Friendly staff. They put tags on the bags and give you deposit slip. you can take pictures of the bags. Not to mention don't put anything valuable in the bags although nothing was missing from the bag. All in all I'm very much satisfied with the service.

It was a relatively smooth transaction. Had a bit of trouble looking for them but that’s probably due to my poor sense of direction. For anyone who wants to look for them, they’re in the Basement Floor literally beside the train station. Would be so much easier to use the elevator. Photos from BKK airport. Great service and easy to drop-off and collect luggage before taking the train to Bangkok CBD. Location is on the left a few meters from the train ticket machines.

We spent a 3-day lay over in Bangkok from Japan so we had 3 heavy large suitcases from Japan. It was so convenient using Smilelugg while we quickly explore the city. So easy to find, just go to Basement and you’ll find it close to the train entry gate. They are open 24/7 and we collected our luggages at 3am without any issues. Highly recommended.

we used there luggage storage service for a couple hours to visit the city and coming back for our transit flight. everything went smooth, very recommended
