I took the 6.30am trip. The journey is around 3 hours from the district 1 pickup point. There was a toilet break after 1.5hour journey before continuing the trip. Arrived at the entrace of the Sunworld around 9am and need to purchase entrance ticket bcs the package didnt include the entrance ticket. Overall only take around 2 hours for the cable car to go to Hang Pagoda stop + go down the mountain by alpine coaster ((please note that this car package does not include cable car ticket)). Lastly u may take the earliest option pickup time to go back to the city. Bcs we took the 3pm but it was too long to wait since we completed the activity around 10.30am that we decided to just book a grab to go back to district 1 ((what a waste of money :()). Honestly I hope that they can be more flexible with the departure time from the Sunworld bcs during that day there was just me and my friends in the trip.

driver arrives on time at the meetup place and is very welcoming! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the car is clean, plus you’ll get a free water and wet wipes! definitely worth your money 😉

On time! as described driver cant speak english well but trying to be helpful. Pickup not flexible (cannot pickup from hotel even only 600m from their office), comfortable seats but not so comfy to sleep

Such a wonderful experience,it just a random booking for our family during our vacation in HCM, and good thing we choose to a have a side tour. Book on klook the shared car going to Ba Den Mountain, the transaction was so smooth ,the driver updates and inform us about the itenirary and able us to drive safely back and forth.

The agency was responsive and gave clear instructions upon confirmation of booking, before and during the tour.

tour agency did text 2 days before the travel day to inform details on pickup. on the day itself, they texted again to inform return trip vehicle details. really convenient with this service
