I truly enjoyed Lets relax. their staff are well trained and the spas are beautiful. It was easy to book (you can book the onsen at their spa in the terminal 21). It was easy to use : just show the coupon. we have a warm welcome at the facilités, everyrhing was clean. note that you will be offered a mango sticky rice with this offer, not with just a simple food massage.

I had a great onsen experience! the onsen was really big and there were a lot of options to choose from and most of all I had a great thai massage experience. my therapist “sukanya” really asked what are my preferences and where she can concentrate. will definitely come back once I get back to Pattaya! Should definitely be part of your Thailand experience.

Very easy checkin . The focus on hygiene is impeccable. very relaxing in the baths. There are 6 baths and 1 steam and 1 sauna. Good city views while relaxing in the baths. one good difference between bangkok and pattaya branch is here they do provide an underwear to wear in pools if you're uncomfortable.

You can choose to enjoy onsen before or after massage. Suggest to spend at least 1.5 hour for onsen and hot stone. Enjoy hot tea and free snacks after massage. Please be awared that mango sticky rice is not included in the 60mins massage package.

I went here on our last night in Thailand. It was the best massage I’ve ever experienced. It was pricey but really worth it. The hotel where the spa is located is already quite a tour in itself. They gave me a cute mango sticky rice and tea after the session. I also bought their soothing oil.

I been to pattaya many times but this is the 1st time I visited let's relax spa and onsen ..it's a wonderful experience..this the 1st time I had experience onsen and I recommend others to visit this place

很滿意這個180分鐘的按摩Blooming Life Package，先美白磨砂(有幾款磨砂供選擇)，然後精油按摩，最後是面部美容護理按摩，每個部份也很舒服。技師手勢很好和盡力，三小時裡基本上沒怎樣停頓。過程讓我身心放鬆。 此分店地方很大，裝潢簡潔舒適，十分衛生整潔，我住在酒店房價已包了onsen, 溫泉區裡還有桑拿室、steam room和沐浴間, 享用完還可以去relaxing room休息 雖然價錢比外面略貴少許，但以上的優點足以彌補。在klook購票比到店付款便宜(要注意購票後要經Line預約，而在klook購票不能即日使用至少提前一天，但有免費取消很彈性)，十分推薦👍👍👍

Best onsen experience for friends or family. We went on a weekday and we had the entire onsen almost to ourselves. Just two or three other guests at around 3PM. Very cool experience. Clean and modern facilities. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great facility. Onsen with many rooms, good service. I really enjoy my time at the Onsen. The best ever. Massage is extreme awesome. It’s worth your money. I feel relax and calm.
