Massage was good and on the point. Facial was surface cleansing and more product demo selling. Dinner was quite bad. Not up to standard of bespoke shangri la.

Relaxing 90-minute couples massage followed by a 60-minute facial. Everything was excellent and fuss free. Karen from reception was very accomodating from the phone setting up the appointment and in person. Our therapists Angie and Cynthia were very skilled and respectful, always checking if we were comfortable. Plus points for the heated massage bed and super fluffy slippers! Only thing lacking is that there is no extraction for the facial. Hope they can add this in the future. The 3 course meal at the Waterfall restaurant was meh. But other than that everything was topnotch. Will def be back!

I think you get what you pay for. The entire experience was not really a "wow" experience but the value for money is satisfactory. Would I go again? Probably not. Would I recommend someone to go? Probably for people who have not been to many spas in hotels. Then, yes. It's good for the price you have to pay! For those who have been to many hotels for spas - probably not. We booked a couple room.

Vitamin C facial left my face truly glowing! Unfortunately they had a fire drill at Shangri la so they kept replaying their safety announcements. It was awful having it in the middle of the session but the staff apologised for it. We really enjoyed our meal after that was an unexpected highlight!

very good, I would recommend this for bday celebrations. the scrub was wow, massage made me sleep and the foot rub was awesome

Was very comfortable and a good value with the tea set the reason I knocked off a star is because my masseur wasn’t to my liking but my partner enjoyed the massage. Chi spa is very comfortable as well!
