Lamingtonin kansallispuisto, O’Reilly’s ja viinitilakierros

Erinomainen päivä Southern Cross Toursin kanssa! Asiantunteva ja ystävällinen matkaoppaamme Amber teki kokemuksestamme viiden tähden arvoisen! Mukava pakettiauto, turvallinen ajaminen, välipalat ja juomat sisältyivät hintaan, ja lisäksi helppo tapa oppia ja vierailla upeissa kohteissa sisämaassa. Kamarun näköalapaikka, Lamingtonin kansallispuisto, O'Reillys ja Canungran viinitila lounaalla. Näimme vallabeja, monia lintuja, pensaskalkkunoita, mielenkiintoisia kasvilajeja. Kiertueemme piti päättyä tähän… mutta meitä oli vain kaksi kiertueella, koska muut eivät ilmestyneet paikalle. Meillä oli sitten ylimääräistä aikaa, ja Amber pysähtyi ystävällisesti toiseen kansallispuistoon, Tamborineen, sekä sen viehättävään kaupungin keskustaan, joka oli täynnä kauppoja. Onneksemme pysähdyimme myös luonnonsuojelualueella matkalla kotiin ja näimme lauman kenguruita ja koalan korkealla eukalyptuspuussa! Vaikka olisimme tehneet vain tavallisen reitin, suosittelisin tätä kiertuetta lämpimästi! Bonuspysähdyksemme osoittavat vain, että tämä matkatoimisto osaa tarjota vierailleen unohtumattoman kokemuksen!

Booked less than 24 hrs before the trip via Klook and it was easy and convenient to confirm the booking. The staff was really helpful as we got a bit lost trying to find the meet up point, can easily call for assistance as their numbers are provided. The tour itself was great, Daniel our guide was full of information keeping the group entertained. Ride was smooth in a cozy group of 12 pax bus. Everything was nice and on schedule back at 4pm. Rainforest walk, bird feedings and alpaca feedings were so fun, the animals are really enthusiastic. The food (not inclusive in package) particularly the Fisherman’s Basket For Two was amazing, really fresh! Scenic views on the way to the park as well

Highly recommended! We walked the alpaca Bambi and climbed up to the very top of the tall fig tree.The view was tremendous.

Today’s weather was not so well, very windy with patches of rain when arriving at Kamarun Lookout. The good thing is we have a very friendly guide, David with local intelligence, guided us to Booyong Walk and Tree Top Walk. David not only shared his knowledge about trees, birds and rainforest but also willingly to answer any questions, rendered assistances upon request.

Tour guide was awesome and knowledgeable. It was really a fuss free and comfortable jourmey up to Lamingon National Park tour aa we do not drive. Good experience! Hope to come back soon!

If only there is a six stars button, I hope I can give them that. I thought I was about to let go of this tour due insufficient numbers and I was not expecting them to take us even with such small number. With that I have to compliment Southern Cross Tour for their commitment and professionalism. We had a knowledgeable, cheerful lady, Amber be our tour guide. She is a really experience careful driver. She showed us the local Queensland Stingers. The Strangler fig how it take over its host tree through hundreds of years. We had a wonderful refreshing time with the nature and her interesting info. Amber is really passionate about nature and a bird lovers so she introduce us some beautiful birds and trees as well. We experienced the exciting tree top walk and climb. Photos taking with the colourful Australia King Parrots and Crimson Rosella. When u join a tour, you actually experience the place that u visit. I think this is what a HOLIDAY is all about.

The tour guide was knowledgable in the field of the tour, explaining to us with the amazing views in sight, and the great wines for enjoyment. There are also cute alpacas for feeding, but be careful, they can get rough and excited. My girlfriend got bitten while feeding them.

my Guide Bill was an extraordinary person, His knowledge not just about Lamington but about a lot of subjects is amazing, Really had a nice time with him and the tour was great too, Miss you Bill, Until next time.

The drive up had a lot of long and winding roads across cliffsides, so I'm glad we decided to go with a tour than trying to brave the roads ourselves. Our guide Mark was friendly and told us a lot of interesting stories about Australia. The snacks and drinks at the top of the lookout was a nice way to start the trip, and the bird feeding was really fun with the bird occassionally perching on our heads. The lunch spot had really tasty food as well! I did wish we could have spent a bit more time with the Alpacas though, but that's just a minor gripe.

Enjoyed the tour with our friendly guide Bill. was glad that I joined the tour as the roads up was very windy and I get to go up comfortably in the van with wonderful commentary by Bill.
