We had such a wonderful experience joining the Mount Batur Hiking Tour! Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we really want to thank both Leo (our driver) and Katut (our mountain guide) for making the trip extra special. Leo was super friendly and knowledgeable — he didn’t just handle the pick-up and drop-off perfectly, but also went out of his way to show us extra attractions like a coffee farm and a lovely local Bali restaurant. He shared lots of interesting facts about Bali (did you know all the produce and veggies grown here are fully organic?) — it made the ride feel more like a mini cultural tour! Our guide Katut was equally amazing. During the hike, he told us stories about the mountain, made sure everyone was doing okay, and even took some really great photos for us at the top. The view from Mt. Batur was absolutely breathtaking. We were so lucky because the weather was perfect. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali! 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though we couldn’t catch the sunrise due to the weather, the Mount Batur trek was an unforgettable experience! Our guide Katut made the whole morning super fun — full of energy, stories, and laughs that kept us going even through the clouds. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. A big shoutout also to our driver Leo, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the trip — from the early morning pickup to making sure we were well taken care of afterward. Would definitely recommend this experience — and if you can, ask for Katut and Leo — they’ll make your trek one to remember!

I did the Mount Batur sunrise trek today and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our driver, Leo, was punctual and very professional. He made the early morning pickup smooth and comfortable. On the way, he shared so much about Balinese culture, traditions, and local life—it really added a special touch to the journey and helped me appreciate the experience even more. Our trekking guide, Betut, was absolutely amazing! Super fun, energetic, and so friendly—he kept the whole group in high spirits the entire time. He was also incredibly attentive, especially during the descent when the terrain got very slippery. He made sure we were safe, guiding us carefully and helping at every tricky spot. The views from the top were breathtaking, and the whole experience was made even better thanks to this wonderful team. Highly recommend this trek—and if you can, ask for Leo and Betut!

Our driver picked us up right outside our hotel and safely transported us to the hiking start point. Our guide was very patient as we were pulling along two children who weren't feeling the best, but with Katut's support we made it to the top before sunrise. breakfast was adequate and hot coffee well appreciated 👍

We had a great trekking experience. We were picked up by Rani on time. She was really nice and a great driver. Our guide Ketut showed us the local flora and had a lot of patience. He made sure that we are okay and mde enough breaks on the way up. Thank you very much for the wonderful adventure.

The guide whom picked me up from the hotel was "Rani". She's very nice, she also recommended places to go! The guide whom brought me up to Mt Batur was "Tut". He's very funny which made the trek alot easier and he also takes great photos!! Highly Recommended!!

司機Ronny準時AM 2:00到villa接我們前往Batur火山，大約AM3:00抵達登山口。登山嚮導Sugiartha是21歲的年輕人，人很客氣很好相處，對登山路線很熟悉，拍照技術一流，大約AM5:20登頂等待日出，AM6:10日出景色非常漂亮，大約AM7:00返程下山，AM9:00跟司機Ronny會合後，再去泡火山溫泉，AM10:00全部行程結束。整個行程體驗非常棒，很推薦。

非常推薦！！包車司機與嚮導都非常用心，司機服務很好，也非常準時接送，路程還會準備瓶裝水❤️凌晨抵達後會轉由嚮導帶領入山，中間也會不時詢問是否需要休息，最終也順利看到日出，真的非常幸運！上山後嚮導的拍照技術100分，也很幽默風趣，減少爬山過程的勞累感，真的非常開心有這次的經驗！上下車的接送地點可以不一樣，非常方便也剛好可以點到點移動！大大推薦❤️

超棒的登山體驗，上山的時候看不到路，天亮才發現一路陡上，一定一定一定要穿登山鞋還有登山杖，否則容易滑倒，因為是無階梯都是火山灰石路面，還要有充分的體力，萬一體力不支，會有付費越野車接駁，但最後一段火山岩漿冷卻路面還是要自己走。導遊非常非常非常照顧，時時刻刻注意我們狀況，還有幫我們拍照，過程辛苦，但對登山有興趣的山友，這行程很可以！

jodi (driver) and ari (guide) were very well spoken and clear with instructions and guidance every step of the way. they were on time and didnt rush us along we felt very safe even when climbing the mountain in the dark, and the hot springs where a great way to relax the legs, i recommend this package to all great quality for quantity
