Paying for a private small group (6 people including us) was worth it! No one fights for space and was quiet. Coffee, tea, water, and cookies were given which was a plus! The staffs were friendly and gave many facts as the cruise went on too

The captain has very insightful explanation of all the fiords and how the waterfalls are form. We experienced more than once the “facial” water spray on our faces from the waterfalls and it’s really beautiful and fun for the kids. The boat size is small with loads of Chocolate chip cookies and hot tea available, this make the trip more enjoyable and very customised since the beauty of Milford sound is always subjected to weather changes. The boat is very well maintained and clean.

Very easy redemption of voucher. Amazing view of milford sound fiord. the captain n crews on board provides in-depth commentary on the fiord's geology, wildlife, and history. We went close to the waterfalls to feel the splash of the waterfalls and also near the rock walls to see the seal. Walked about 8- 10 minutes from the parking area, to the terminal. Since we took the last cruise trip which ends at 4.30pm, they provides the bus shuttle from the termi al to the parking area, so that we will be able to drive back to Te Anau before the Gate Closure time at 5pm (road before enter the Homer tunnel).

Took the last time slot (2:45pm) with Cruise Milford. I had a serene and unforgettable experience. The breathtaking landscapes, including towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls, were perfectly complemented by the knowledgeable and friendly crew. Service was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to explore Milford Sound. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable adventure in New Zealand's stunning fjords.

Glad we booked this smaller boat. More intinmate and the captain / announcer is very informative and has a great and understanble speech and voice. The snacks are a delight especially the cookies.

A must visit place in the south islands. weather was a little gloomy and rainy when we first arrived. Nevertheless we could see lots of nice waterfalls and still a pretty good experience.

Tämän matkan näkymät olivat uskomattomat/sanoin kuvaamattomat. Tämä on luultavasti ikimuistoisin ja mieluisin kokemuksemme Uudessa-Seelannissa. Kapteenin asiantuntemus ja kokemus tekivät tästä todella fantastisen matkan. Alusta alkaen, ilmaisista kuumista juomista ja välipaloista ystävälliseen ja informatiiviseen miehistöön, tämä on kerran elämässä koettava elämys. Vuonot olivat upeat, täynnä vesiputouksia, upeita näkymiä, delfiinejä ja hylkeitä.

We were lucky to have perfect weather for our Milford Sound cruise and the experience lived up to our expectations. The scenery was amazing and we went close up to waterfalls and seals. The crew were friendly and informative, although sometimes the commentary was hard to hear outside on the aft deck. Tea, coffee and biscuits were included in the price. I would definitely recommend this boat trip.

extremely beautiful and the serenity is real. the trip is so pleasant, it felt like I have went back in time.

it was fun and cruise is on time! we are able to get a closer view of the sealion!! it was great and definitely worth it!
