The staff at Borneo Climb And Dive Sdn Bhd in Semporna were very friendly and helpful. Because I'm over 45, I needed a medical exam to enroll in either the OW or AOW courses. My instructor personally accompanied me to a nearby clinic for the checkup. I was fortunate to receive one-on-one instruction from my instructor during the OW course, who held me to a high standard of instruction. It was a fulfilling and memorable experience.

BAD service, BAD quality, BAD attitude 1. incorrect itinerary of the course was posted on klook, mentioning that day 1 consists of only watching video course and nothing else. Therfore I didn't have gears with me and had to waste time buying upfront. My plan was to get swimsuits after the course for day 1 and before day 2 started, which should have been the first day to get into water according to the itinerary on klook. 2. attitude of the instructor was terrible, blaming me not having my gear with me, after arrguing, still insist that there was no problem on their side. My full knowledge of the course comes solely from klook where they posted false information, I don't consider myself to be scold in this situation. 3. I went in water without starting the elearning, and another student wasn't wearing wetsuit for the first 2 days of dive, which is against the protocol and possesses potential risk. 4. On day 2 the boat back to mainland did not pick me up although I was sitting just 20m from the dock the whole time, they did compensate this but I had to share room with another guest. As a diving company not picking up limited private customer should raise a red flag on their day to day quality management 5. After completing the 3 day dive course and e learning and filling out all the related forms on internet, it has been more than 1 week and my padi license was not given. My contact was not replying or being very slow on answering questions.
