There were a lot of people which makes finding the klook guide rather confusing, but guide was on time and got everyone in as fast and painless as possible. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly which makes the tour very enjoyable despite the crowd 👍🏻👍🏻
Greta is a great tour guide! She had so much to share about the great artworks. I really appreciate how she shared interpretations and pointed out interesting details about the paintings.
Eye opening experience at the gallery. Must visit when you are in Florence . Beautiful paintings and sculptures. Tour is only one hour but Guide was efficient in showing us the key pieces of arts. Save time . Recommended !

In view of the coronavirus situation , my husband and I were the only ones taking up the English tour (joined the Spanish group) . Felt kinda uncomfortable with indifferent attitude from the registration staffs from local operator for being Asians during this sensitive period . Guide tried her best on her English commentary , however it does gets boring while waiting for the constant Spanish sharing to be done (approx 5 minutes and more) per display . Nonetheless , still do recommend the gallery to visit .

This gallery is arguably the number 1 on the "must visit" list if you are in Florence. However with so much to see, there is no way a you can cover the whole place meaningfully in a few hours. The guide showed us the more famous and important pieces as well as gave us some insights of the Gallery. With this we knew where to focus and could better appreciate the Gallery and its vast collection.
I am glad I went there with the tour guide. I am thankful for the experience.
