Ho Chi Minhista: Mekongin suisto ja Vinh Trangin pagodin päiväretki

Matkamme oli aivan loistava alusta loppuun. Kaikki sujui niin mutkattomasti, ja oppaanamme oli Jason, jota voimme kiittää siitä. Hän varmisti, että meille kaikille otettiin runsaasti valokuvia, ja jos meillä oli kysyttävää mistä tahansa, hän vastasi niihin mielellään. Bussimme oli mukava, ja vessa- sekä virvoketaukoja oli runsaasti. Ensimmäinen pysähdys oli Vietnamin vanhimmalla pagodilla ja jättimäisellä Buddhalla – erittäin mielenkiintoista! Emme olleet täällä liian kauan, sillä meillä oli jännittäviä asioita edessä. Nousimme veneeseen ja suuntasimme saarille, missä näimme paljon eläimiä, kuten mehiläisiä, käärmeitä, krokotiileja, kaloja ja sammakoita. Kokeilimme herkullisia antimia, kuten hunajateetä, kuivattua banaania, makeisia ja ”onnellista vettä” – pääsimme näkemään, miten ne valmistetaan! Mekong-joen veneretki oli ihana, ja meille tarjoiltu lounas oli herkullinen. Saimme jopa viihdettä paluumatkalla veneessä, koska jotkut ryhmämme jäsenet lauloivat meille. Kaiken kaikkiaan suosittelemme tätä retkeä lämpimästi kaikille!

Nautin tästä retkestä todella paljon, ja opas Jack oli erinomainen! Hänellä oli kaikenlaisia faktoja jaettavaksi kanssamme: tärkeitä faktoja, sivufaktoja, hauskoja faktoja Mekong-joen suistosta ja melko paljon Vietnamin historiasta yleensä. Retkipaketissa oli juuri sopivasti aktiviteettia. Se ei ollut liian väsyttävä, eikä myöskään tylsä. Kaikki retkellä olleet tuntuivat nauttivan.

Our family had a fantastic experience on the Mekong Delta Day Tour. The booking process was very convenient and smooth. We visited the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda and had so much fun exploring Unicorn Island and the Ben Tre River was relaxing and scenic. We also enjoyed fruit tasting, coconut candy making, honey bee tea tasting, and watching how pop rice is made; such a fun way to experience the island’s local delicacies and culture. But the highlight of our trip was definitely our amazing English-speaking tour guide, Mr. Tibiet. He truly deserves special recognition Mr. Tibiet was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and very funny. He made sure everyone in the group was comfortable, well-informed, and enjoying every moment of the tour. His positive energy and sense of humor made the whole experience even more memorable. Not only is he handsome, but he is also very dedicated and professional guide who clearly loves what he does. He truly made this tour exceptional. Thumbs Up!

Had a wonderful experience overall! Our guide, Caroline, contacted us the night before the tour and was friendly, & informative from the very beginning. Throughout the tour, she did an excellent job explaining the stories and history behind each island we visited. She was full of energy and made the experience enjoyable. Great job, Caroline! The driver was also efficient, we felt safe. The only area I would suggest for improvement is the seating arrangement. It would be great if the company could keep track of the number of passengers and ensure that everyone has a comfortable seat. Since my family of three was the last group to be picked up, the minibus was already full, and I had to sit at the front with the driver and guide. Unfortunately, this wasn't the most comfortable arrangement, especially for the duration of the trip. Ultimately, everything was very well planned and organized. We truly enjoyed the tour and appreciate the effort in making it a memorable experience.

If you are looking for a Mekong Delta tour that is authentic, fun, and deeply enriching, look no further! Our day trip with host Jason and co-host Mia was the highlight of our entire trip to Vietnam. Jason blended fascinating history and cultural insights with hilarious jokes throughout the journey. He made us feel connected to the Mekong. Mia was the sweet, attentive. While Jason drove the narrative, Mia ‘s kindness was incredible—she helped take pictures, answered all our questions patiently, and even taught us a few basic Vietnamese phrases with a warm smile. We glided through lush, narrow canals on a traditional sampan boat—a serene and beautiful experience. We visited a local family's bee farm and tasted delicious honey tea, and the coconut candy workshop was a blast. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch with local specialties. Thank you, Jason and Mia! Do not hesitate to book this tour—you will be lucky to have them as your guides and Jason might even sing a song!

Our Mekong Delta tour was absolutely fantastic — an experience I’ll remember for a lifetime! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and full of charm. The scenery along the river was breathtaking, the food(vegan) was delicious, and the local experiences felt truly authentic. But what made this tour truly exceptional was our amazing guide, Dyan. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and full of energy. Dyan’s passion for his culture and his deep understanding of the Mekong Delta brought every stop to life. He shared fascinating stories about local traditions, helped us interact with local families, and made sure everyone in the group felt welcome and cared for. Dyan went above and beyond to make the day special — from recommending the best local snacks to helping us capture beautiful photos along the way. His humor and kindness made the journey even more enjoyable.

Matka oli hieno, mutta tuntui hieman kiireiseltä. Klo 14:00 olimme jo suorittaneet matkaohjelman ja palasimme Saigoniin. He noutivat meidät hotellilta ja palauttivat meidät hyvin lähelle sitä. Kaikki veneretket olivat mukavia, hedelmät olivat erinomaisia ja ruoka maukasta.

ツアーガイドさんはとても明るく楽しい方でした。 寺院やココナッツシュガー工場見学、ノンラーを被って手漕ぎボートを体験したり、自然の中を三輪の車で移動したりととても充実したものでした。 地元のお魚料理や春巻きなど昼食も美味しく、お水や、ココナッツウォーターも付いてこの値段でこれだけの内容を楽しめるのは素晴らしいです。 本当におすすめします。 (別途 手漕ぎボートのチップが50.000ドン程必用です。)

メコンツアーに参加しました。大人数ツアーとのことでしたが、12名の参加でした。私たちのガイドのBo Han さんは、とても可愛らしくもパワフルなガイドさんでした。明瞭な英語で説明してくれたので、あまり英語が得意でない私にとってもわかりやすかったです。演奏のチップ、はちみつ、ココナッツキャンディは必ずしも必要ではないです。私は購入しませんでしたが、全て試食で味わいました。素早く体験が進んでいきますので、全て楽しめました。ボートに乗っている写真を撮ってくれて、WhatsAppで送ってくれました。日本人で日本語ツアーではなく英語ツアーに参加する方は、LINE以外のメッセージアプリがあると良いです。
