櫃檯人員態度親切，泡湯房乾淨整潔，很棒的體驗。

This was a very cheap place compared to the others so my expectations were’nt high at all, but obviously the photos posted were clearly taken a long time ago. The garden area especially the pond and the outdoor structure looks like a rundown, abandoned place already. The pond was full of algae and insects instead of fishes. Though the facilities, the rooms shower and the tubs were still good, I hope they would take time and effort to take care of their establishment’s upkeep. Also, there was no shuttle service available so I had to hike down the hill to the bus stop which is an hour walk just right after I had my relaxing time in the tub. Also, 90 mins wasn’t enough considering the tub was empty and you have to fill it up yourself as soon as you get there. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I prefer doing that because I can control the temperature of the water (mix hot & cold) and ensure that the water is clean & fresh. But obviously, that process takes time and it takes away from the time that you should’ve been soaking in and enjoying your money’s worth already. So you’re left with less than an hour to soak and then rinse and tidy up yourself & your stuff and go back to the reception area to make sure you wont be charged for overtime. I hope they can work on this areas. The staffs were nice by the way.

浴室很大，但是水沒有很熱，房間有提供2瓶礦泉水還有毛巾不過沒有牙刷，餐點口味普通

真是一個很不錯的下午，舒服溫泉會館及欣賞風景。 真是讚

新北烏來開有一間森林系湯屋「山水妍溫泉會館」，簡樸素雅的風格搭配四周蓊鬱山林，與世隔絕的清幽感讓人放鬆。不僅有床、冷熱雙池、專屬陽台可欣賞絕美山景，還送有一盅熱呼呼的濃郁雞湯，經濟實惠是小資族不錯的選擇。細細品味這片愜意秘境，滿滿的綠意及夢幻景觀水池有如置身國外，身心皆被療癒，泡湯完還可至附近烏來老街及雲仙樂園、內洞國家森林遊樂區等烏來景點一日遊。

老闆跟服務人員超親切又熱情，這裡有冷熱溫泉池♨️，今天來是平日雖然碰到下雨天，但房間山景看出去也很美，很棒的泡湯體驗，下次還會再來^ - ^

CP值還不錯，溫泉水又熱又快，時間90分鐘，平日沒人老闆還多給10分鐘但，但泡完如果有床可以小睡一下更棒
