Had a very smooth ride. Our driver is very responsive and gracious to let us take a photo with his car. We shared we have already checked out at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and can be picked up earlier than the agreed time and he really did everything to be there as early as he can. Thank you!

JT is the best driver in Hong Kong. He contacted me day before with the car details & photo of the car. On the D-day, he sent me the pickup details & wait for me for about 30 minutes. It was super convinience. The big plus is he help me to find power outleet converter (the EU power outleet to HK power outleet). The trip was HK Disneyland to HK North Point. He didnt mind to divert the trip to bring me to electronic store & assist me to the place where I can get those converter. The trip was good, the best ever experience I had with Klook apps. Thanks Klook, we should see more operator like JT, Klook is the best

Easy to communicate, easy to book and updates us every now and then. The service is really good even if there was a typhoon, they allowed us to move our booking.

The driver is early, friendly & polite! PLUS he’s fluent in English so it was not hard to communicate, and funny enough we were having a good conversation throughout our ride. The car is clean!

We booked a Tesla for my son who loves cars - so priceless to see his reaction :) It was a good experience and the ride was so smooth back to our hotel. Our driver Joe sent us a message the night before via Whatsapp confirming pickup time. It was just a bit of a walk to the parking area where the private cars were allowed to wait. He even agreed to pick us up earlier as we were already tired from our day at Disneyland.
