We had an amazing Ha Long Bay cruise experience! The lunch was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes. Our guide hung was super enthusiastic, friendly, and kept the vibe lively throughout. One of the most impressive places in Vietnam that left a huge impression on me. I'm sorry there wasn't sun and blue skies, but a lot of humidity and grayness. My guide told me that the sun is from May to September. All in all, it's really fascinating to see so many islands and limestone rocks rising from the sea. There are about two thousand of them. It looks like another planet. The movie King Kong Skull Island was filmed here. I took an organized trip from Hanoi for about 30 euros. The highway is new and excellent. It takes about three hours to get there. Lunch on the boat wasn't very tasty. Also, even though I was told to get to the Hanoi Opera House by bus, a girl with a motorbike was waiting for me and brought me to another position. They should be a little better organized. We also visited Luon Cave and Ti Top Island (be sure to climb to the top for the view). Next time I ever come back, I'll take a 2 or 3 day cruise because I think you can experience Ha Long Bay much better.

Had a wonderful experience with Otis. The cruise was well equipped and smooth. The lunch buffet had a lot of options. Our tour guide Tom was highly knowledgeable about Ha Long, communicated regularly and provided great comic relief. The itinerary allowed sufficient time to explore all the destinations. The additional activities such as kayaking, bamboo boat, speed boat are chargeable but worth it and enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the transfer bus lacking leg space and being generally uncomfortable. The overall experience was excellent, truly value for money and highly recommended.

amazing experience at OtiS Premium Cruise. great food though drinks are charge but it fine. Nice, friendly and accommodating crew. the boat is new with beautiful interior and comfortable seat. excellent view at roof deck. the tour guide, nyuyen Xuan Truong was very helpful abd capable. 5 stars for this trip

Had an amazing day with Otis Day Cruise in Ha Long Bay! Our tour guide was fantastic from start to finish – friendly, fun, and informative. We explored Sung Sot Cave, relaxed on Ti Top Island, and had a blast on the speed boat. Everything was well organized and super fun. Highly recommend!

My recent trip to Halong Bay, organized by SST Travel Agency and guided by the wonderful Dolphin of SST and Huey our tour guide, was truly unforgettable. I booked this trip last minute during May holiday in Vietnam. But fortunately I got this trip. I went with my parents and we really enjoyed the trip. A big shout out and thanks to Huy, our tour leader. He is so fun, engaging, kind, and helpful. He makes sure everyone is following the itinerary. We also were so fortunate because we got the sunset . The cruise was clean and the crews are all nice. Really recommended Huy and the overall trip!! Great great job!

A big thank you to our travel agent, Ruby, for managing the group tour so well. We had a wonderful time. The cruise was incredibly relaxing, with a wide variety of food options available for the lunch buffet. While drinks weren’t included in the buffet, they were reasonably priced. We were informed ahead of time that the cave might be crowded with tourists, but we were still amazed by how spacious it was inside. The small boat ride was also a lot of fun.

Great experience and hassle free with this booking. The tour guide, Liam, is very friendly, helpful, and makes sure everyone in our group are safe and complete whenever there's stopby. We are picked up by a mini bus from outside of our hotel and was dropped off nearby because the streets are closed due to weekend night market. The buffet food are excellent and plenty, and cruise crews are accommodating and friendly as well.
