Overall it was an amazing experience. The tour guide was very helpful and supportive and his instructions were clear. He explained all the major attractions very well. I would really like to recommend this category.

非常失望的行程，這次的法國行幾乎都是Klook安排，每個都很完美，只有這個行程非常令人失望。行程APP的確認位置標誌是錯誤。在標誌的位置等候至集合時間到，也沒有收到通知。聯絡當地旅行社（法國旅行社），他們說明標錯位置是Klook的問題，參觀團已離開，可以再加價每人22歐元，改約別的時段，並建議這樣做。嘗試聯絡Klook，Klook並沒有電話客服，只能留言AI客服，沒有回應。附圖為標誌錯誤的位置。另外，我也試著Google集合地點，也沒有相關訊息。Klook應該盡快修正錯誤的集合資訊，提供正確的資訊給未來想參加的旅客。

Started the tour late. Says visit of Mona Lisa included but really just bring you to the room and leave you to fight for space, which bags the question, why pay the price premium for this tour. Guide was ok, but the info provided was quite shallow, getting an Audi guide would have been the same. Overall definitely not value for money unless you need to skip the line, which you don’t really need if you’re visiting during winter early in the morning. Line isn’t that long to begin with.

Hamish was our guide, he was quite good in guiding us thru the Louvre, certain things were discribe in detail where we wouldn’t have known if we were on our own or even normal automated audio guide. highly recommended

the tour was very concise and informative. its easy to navigate the halls due to guides strategic routes. was not able to see mona lisa due to long line.

Better to rent an audio guide and take your sweet time exploring the museum.
