Damnoen Saduakin ja Maeklongin markkinoiden päiväretki kookosjälkiruoan kera

Oli kuuma päivä täynnä hauskaa. Oli niin hienoa nähdä junan saapuvan torille! Kaikki matkustajat ja ihmiset kaduilla hymyilivät ja kuvasivat kameroilla! Se on hyvin erityinen kokemus! Söimme ruokaa veneessä vieraillessamme kelluvilla markkinoilla.

Olimme ainoat japanilaiset kiinalais- ja englanninkielisellä kiertueella (naurua), ja Roger piti meistä huolta. Maeklongissa saimme kokea jotain, mitä emme yleensä pääse kokemaan. Myytävät tuotteet olivat halvempia kuin Bangkokissa, joten ostimme paljon. Kelluvilla markkinoilla hinnat tuntuivat hieman korkeilta, mutta meille suositeltu ravintola oli erittäin hyvä ja edullinen. Tiger Topiassa ratsastimme norsuilla, mutta mielestäni aikaa olisi voinut olla hieman enemmän. Kaiken kaikkiaan kokemus oli erittäin hyvä.

We did this on our last day and it was my favorite part of the trip. The Maeklong Railway Market was a nice place to buy pasalubong and stuff. Our experience in Damnoen Saduak Floating Market was so much fun. It was just our own group in the boat so we had privacy. We tried the coconut ice cream, mango sticky rice, and pork bbq—they were all good. The last stop melted my heart, which is Chang Puak Camp. We had a close encounter with elephants and got to feed them with bananas. Never thought I will experience something like that in my life. It’s like in the movies.

klookを初めての利用、一人参加でしたが、スタッフの方がとても親切で、(一人ということもあって)とても気遣って下さいました。感謝しています。道中の車内も快適でしたし、トイレ休憩も片道2回ほどあったのも満足です。また、何より体験はどれも素晴らしい思い出になりました。余裕をもって楽しく過ごせるツアーだったので、周りの人にたくさん勧めようと思っています。 (強いて言えば、3箇所目に行ったキャンプでは、これは買わない方が良いよ。と言ったようなアドバイスがあれば更に良かったです。)

As a tourist, my experience at the Maeklong Railway and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market was unforgettable! The Maeklong Railway is a unique sight; the train rolls right through the bustling market, and the locals expertly clear stalls and merchandise within minutes as the train approaches. It’s a thrilling experience to see the train pass so close to vendors selling everything from fresh produce to vibrant flowers. After that, I headed to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where the vibrant colors, aromatic street food, and energetic atmosphere captivated me. The narrow canals filled with wooden boats create a charming scene, and the friendly vendors were eager to share their delicious dishes, like coconut pancakes and fresh fruits. I also enjoyed haggling for souvenirs, making it an immersive cultural experience. Overall, visiting these two attractions was a highlight of my trip, blending local culture, stunning sights, and delicious food in one fantastic day! Highly recommend both for those looking to truly experience the unique charm of Thailand.

A highly recommended tour that is good value for money. Joining Klook day tours is always worry-free. Instructions about the meeting point are very clear. Tour guide gave detailed information about the 3 spots. Driver was friendly and attentive. Visiting the Maeklong Railway Market and Floating Market was an exceptional experience. The boatman spoke good English & introduced everything interesting to us. We were brought to a restaurant which served great food at cheap prices. The stay in the elephant village was rather short. We only managed to try ATV ride since we have to queue for that. Yet, the village wasn't too crowded and should be an ideal place for children to see different animals. We were given 3 choices for drop-off which were Icon Siam, Asiatique and Central World. In short, it's an enjoyable experience that you shouldn't miss!

Saved ourselves a lot of time w the private tour. We had our elderly parents w us so it was great that they didn’t have to walk much from one attraction to the other. Floating market and railway market was quite an experience. The tour was timed nicely that when we got to the railway market, we saw the train passing. Itinerary was also flexible. As it was raining, we skipped the cafe and went to Thonburi market instead. The driver was also very polite, on time and thoughtful. Recommended if you’re looking for a time saving and hassle free trip!

The guide was very approachable and accommodating to all the guests as he catered to different languages very fluently. He also made sure to give attention to all the needs and questions of the guests at all times. The itinerary was also planned well as we were give ample time to shop and look around at every stop. We also found the tour good since we were given 3 different stops that we could be dropped off at after the tour was done. Would highly recommend:)

The whole tour was amazing but the downside of this tour was we got transferred to a different van and we didn’t even follow the time for the tour. But still, it was a good experience and friendly tour guide. They even gave us food in the local market for free! 👏
