We had a great time here, the staff is very kind. They take great photos/pictures. You can also pay 50 rupa to feed the elephants. There is also a tortoise enclosure. The 2 hours you have there is perfect timing.

this was truly an amazing experience with the elephants in their sanctuary. we fed them and washed them. the elephants didn’t disappoint and put on a show. we even had a buffet lunch which was delicious and a large variety to cater for all The guides were really nice and even took photos for us. transfers were easy as pick up and drop off at our hotel. driver was really nice and vehicle was clean and comfortable

An amazing experience being up close with the elephants. the staff were friendly and the buffet lunch was enjoyable. they seem to look after the elephants well too.

I had an absolute amazing experience here. I got a jumbo wash ticket with transfers and it really was a great day. Before we did our wash activities, we got photos with the elephants, fed them and explored the park and it was so beautiful. highly recommend doing this as the elephants are also well looked after!

OMG elephants are so friendly! i never experience elephants upclose and personal like this. i love the scenery and everything about this place. ❤️

Transfers were on time and when we arrived at the park, it was so much more than we thought it was going to be! The place is absolutely amazing, elephants looked well looked after and seemed to enjoy the attention from the visitors! The baby elephant ajuna was the cutest, little thing I’ve ever seen, was so playful! Loved every minute of it and would highly recommend this trip!

it was fun! the teams are super friendly and give a lot information. The food delicious. They pick up us on time and Bli Dana drove the car very safety. I wish i can come back again to see rizky (the elephant name) and friends :)

Seeing the elephants is AMAZING 😍....... But, the experience is not quite what is sold. It says on the itinerary hand feeding the elephants, that's true, but it fails to mention you have to pay extra for the food. The washing experience itself lasts about 5 minutes in a small fenced off area. I've done other experiences like this where you actually get in a river/mud bath/lake with the elephants and spend time actually washing them. This was rushed, you don't really wash them & it just feels a bit like a quick photo opportunity. The elephant educational program that is stated on the itinerary doesn't exist. The provided lunch is mediocre at best. If you're not willing to keep spending more and more money on add ons you'll find yourself spending a lot of time sitting around. Getting to spend any time with animals is amazing, but the price they charge for this is a rip off.

Amazing experience washing & feeding the elephants definitely a must do when visiting Bali!
