Hue – Hoi An – 9-paikkainen limusiini, Hung Thinh Phat

Firstly there was perks, no water offered nor towels. The driver doesn’t speak any other languages other than Vietnamese and was pretty rude. The part that really came as a surprise was the 9 seater only took us as far as Da Nang, where we were then told to change to a smaller vehicle for the next hour ride. This was not advertised nor spoke of in advance. I gave a 3 star rating because I made it to my destination, however this offer advertised on Klook was not what was received.

1 hour late to pick us up. Booked a service to Hoi An, ended up in the middle of Da Nang dropping other people off, before being asked to change vehicles to get to Hoi An. Driver then sat around on the phone to 5-10 minutes before taking off. We weren't offered a hotel drop off, but someone else in our vehicle got dropped off at their hotel. We didn't even get dropped off at the agreed point, but further from our hotel, causing us to almost miss our hotel check in because the reception was closing. Description also said massage chairs, but we were forced to sit in the front seats.. Unsure if this is why we didnt have the massage seats. Caused us a bit unnecessary stress and very dissatisfied.

the provider put us in front next to the driver, which would be okay, but one of the seats did not have the thing that you put seat belt in.

It literally takes 2 more hours than I expected. I booked the one that says to be departing at 4 then they didn’t really come until 4:40. Then they go here and there to pick up a bunch of people and then drop off a bunch of people. eventually we still at downtown Danang at 8. I’m so annoyed so I’m writing this now. We not arriving yet and I estimate the ETA would probably be after 9. it’s literally taking 2 more hours than I expected
