Our host Gladys was very warm and welcoming, and taught us a lot about the Gongfu tea tradition, in particular the Dancong tea variety which the shop is known for. We got a chance to taste a few types of tea leaves, all of which were fantastic. Definitely a great way to spend an afternoon! Highly recommended for both locals and tourists alike, looking to learn more about Chinese tea traditions.
Truly an excellent introduction to teochew tea culture for the mind and pallete. Sincere thanks to the host Mr Lim for the amazing session.
