Bussi oli mukava ja matka kokonaisuudessaan hyvä. Varaus- ja nousuprosessi sujuivat ongelmitta, ja henkilökunta oli avulias. Matka-aika oli kuitenkin odotettua pidempi liikenteen ja rajamuodollisuuksien vuoksi. Siitä huolimatta se oli kätevä ja edullinen tapa matkustaa Singaporesta Malesiaan.
Very smooth journey from KL to SG. Departure was right on time, seats were comfortable, and immigration was hassle-free.
Boarding at Grantral Mall was straightforward and well-organized. Smooth drive all the way to TBS with reasonable pricing.
Reliable and comfortable, there were only 3 passengers in total and yet they did not cancel. Make sure you have your voucher with you so they can confirm it even if your name does not appear in the driver’s roster. Driver doesn’t speak English so don’t expect answers to your question. Make sure you have data so you can search what you want to ask. Some seats don’t recline and some foot rest don’t go up but overall very comfortable.

初次老外乘客不友好：1 停靠点在商场后面，初次很难找，没有明显标志 2 途中停的几次，没有语音及时提醒：新加坡出关、马来西亚入关、午饭停靠、厕所时间停靠
