Ein absolut gelungenes Abenteuer – absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Die Kampar Wildwasser-Rafting-Tour war einfach mega toll! Wir waren eine halbe Stunde zu früh am Abholpunkt, wurden aber trotzdem schon nach 5 Minuten super pünktlich eingesammelt. Unser Fahrer war gleichzeitig auch unser Rafting-Guide und ultra nett. Das gesamte Team hat jederzeit darauf geachtet, dass es uns gut geht. Die Sicherheitsunterweisung war sehr ausführlich, sodass man sich im Boot immer absolut sicher gefühlt hat. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt: Obwohl wir nur zu dritt waren (mit 10 jähriger Tochter), haben wir ein eigenes Boot bekommen! Es wird generell darauf geachtet, dass jede Gruppe ihr eigenes Boot erhält, was das Erlebnis noch besser macht. Es wurden außerdem richtig schöne Bilder und Videos von uns gemacht. Wertsachen oder Handys muss man gar nicht erst mitnehmen, man kann alles super sicher im Büro liegen lassen. Ein rundum gelungener Ausflug, den ich definitiv wiederholen würde. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen!

All the staffs are superb friendly and nice. 2 days before the activity, RiverBug sent me messages to confirm my booking together with the details like what to bring and transportation. They waited at Gopeng Toll and lead us to the place. The place is quite deep inside, so it is good that they guided us in. We were the only 2 people who booked for the activity on that day so we had a “private” water rafting session. We were so lucky to have 3 guide/instructors to raft with us. Our main instructor, Dodie is a very nice guy. He gave us a very thorough briefing. Our safety is his priority. We had so much fun and enjoyed it. Besides, BBQ lunch was provided. They served rice with egg, ulam, Vege, 2 types of BBQ chicken, sausage, fish and banana. Good one. The toilet and bathroom arw very clean. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommended RiverBug.

This was a very well organised and run activity. Great communication even though we booked very last minute (evening before). We booked the lite package and we were able to leave our belongings in the office, which felt safe enough. The guides were fab and respected our request not to capsize us. One of our party was very nervous and they were very supportive. We were provided with video footage and photos included. It was great fun, we all LOVED it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverbug Asia!

Such a great experience for my family and I. The communication was excellent, the guide was fantastic, both making sure it was fun, but also very safe. The equipment was in good condition and the experience was so much fun. Lunch was delicious and they catered for my vegetarian son. I cannot recommend this enough. It was so worth the money and helped to make our holiday a memorable one.

Very good service overall. The coach is attentive and professional, making the whole rafting experience feel safe and enjoyable. Waiting and shower areas are clean and well maintained. The meal provided at the end is delicious and more than enough. Highly recommended!

our guide was super fun and passionate about his job. he briefed us on cues and security measures before embarking on our trip. we geared up and enjoyed the rough rapids as he expertly steered the boat while giving us commands on what to do. everybody did well and we arrived safely with no bodily harm. it is important to remember the cues and safety briefing. we enjoyed the rafting very much and will be back for more.

It was the monsoon season when we visited Ipoh. We were lucky that the weather cleared up during our rescheduled slot. The customer service team was also very prompted in updating us on the status of the activity.

The staff contacted us two days before the rafting trip. We met at the Gopeng Toll Plaza, and they drove us for about 30 minutes to the rafting site. The rafting experience was incredibly fun and exciting. All of the staff were kind, friendly, and patient, and they spoke English well, making it easy to understand the safety instructions. AWA thoughtfully helped secure our glasses with rubber straps to prevent them from falling off during the rafting. RAZDI was very enthusiastic and even prepared snacks for us during the break. We were able to keep our phones in waterproof bags throughout the trip, and the lunch provided afterward was generous and delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it!

Communication with Riverbug was swift and prompt! Pick up point was at Gopeng Toll Exit 135 - we were initially concerned about getting a grab there but there were no issues at all. Riverbug kindly dropped us off at Gopeng town where it was easier to get a grab back to Ipoh (30 mins away). Extremely exhilarating experience at the river with time to relax in the icy cold water! Good and clean showers at the Riverbug lodge as well. 10/10 experience overall!

Last minute decision but it was a great one. We were contacted via WhatsApp on the details e.g. place to meet, things to bring, and even a video of how to get to the venue after entering a small road. Awesome experience with a very experienced rafting guide Doodi, who made sure our rafting experience was filled with laughter but yet safe. Would highly recommend anyone that wants a fun filled activity at Ipoh to try this out with Riverbug. Only 45 mins drive from Ipoh town
